Monday.com

Connect a Monday.com account so WhatsApp conversations land on board items, and Monday.com workflows can send WhatsApp templates.

monday.com CRM

WhatsAble connects your WhatsApp Business number to your Monday.com boards. A board can send an approved template, log the conversation on the matching item, and start a workflow when a message arrives.

If you want us to do the setup for you, book a free setup call. The call is free for all customers, also during the free trial.

Quick setup

Create your WhatsAble account

Open console.whatsable.app/sign-up and create your account.

Connect your WhatsApp Business number

In WhatsAble, open Settings → Business Numbers and click Connect WhatsApp. Meta will not deliver messages until the WhatsApp account has its own payment method. The number, the payment method, your first template, the AI agent and your team are in Get started with WhatsAble for monday.com.

Connect Monday.com and automate

Install the app, connect the account, then map each number on Connect. Send from a board on Workflows, or reply from the item on Board sync.

Before you start

Connect a WhatsApp number in WhatsAble before you send messages. The embedding process does that.

A workflow can send only a template Meta has approved. Create those in Message templates first.

The person who approves the app in Monday.com must be an admin or a member of that account.

Connect

The first time, install the app, then click Connect Monday.com. If the app is already installed, click Connect Monday.com.

Monday.com sends you back to WhatsAble. The page shows "Monday.com connected." with the account, the connected date, the company ID and the Monday.com user. Pick the workspace, board and columns for each number, then click Save changes. Nothing is written until you save.

The full steps are on Connect.

Also in WhatsAble

These are set up in WhatsAble, not on the Monday.com page. Messages they send still sync to the board when Sync this number is on.

Sidekick in Monday.com can run Send WhatsApp Message from a chat instruction. It cannot change sync settings or start the WhatsApp trigger. The fields it can fill are on Workflows.
