WhatsAble

Get started with Whatsable

Create a Whatsable account, answer the setup questions, choose a plan or stay free, and follow the Get started checklist to connect WhatsApp. Also covers password reset, joining a team from an invitation, and the app language.

This page takes you from a new account to a connected WhatsApp number. It also explains how to reset your password, how a teammate joins your team, and how to change the language of the app.

Create your account

Open the sign-up page

Go to console.whatsable.app/sign-up.

Fill in the form

Enter your Name, your Work email and a Password of at least 8 characters. The strength meter suggests mixed case letters, a number and a special character.

Your WhatsApp number is optional. Our team uses it to offer free setup help. It is not the number you connect to Whatsable.

Accept the terms

Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and Meta's WhatsApp terms, then select Create account.

If an account already exists for your email, the form says so and offers Sign in instead.

Answer the setup questions

After sign-up, Whatsable asks a few short questions. Your answers decide what it prepares for you. The bar at the top shows your step, and Back returns to the previous question. If you close the window, the next sign-in takes you back to the question you stopped on.

  1. Website. Add your website and select Analyze. Whatsable reads the public pages to draft your first AI agent. Nothing is posted or changed on your site. You can continue without a website.
  2. Role. What you do at the company.
  3. Goals. What you want Whatsable to do, such as replying to Facebook and Instagram leads, sending appointment reminders, letting an AI agent answer, or connecting your CRM.
  4. Volume. About how many people you talk to each month.
  5. Expertise. How comfortable you are with automation tools.
  6. Tools. The tools you already use, such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedrive or monday.com.
  7. Source. How you found us.

You can skip goals, volume, expertise, tools and source with Skip this. Role needs an answer.

Then Whatsable creates your workspace. This takes a few seconds.

Choose a plan, or stay free

The Choose a plan screen opens on Pro, or on Agency if you chose Agency or freelancer as your role. Move the slider to the number of people you message each month, and switch between Bulk Message, Pro and Agency.

  • Pro offers Start 7-day free trial.
  • Bulk Message and Agency start with Choose Bulk Message or Choose Agency.
  • Continue free with 2 contacts. No card needed. keeps you on the free plan.

The free plan has the features of Pro and includes two WhatsApp numbers. You can message two contacts. To message a third person, choose a plan. Replies to people you already reached still send. You can choose or change a plan later in Settings → Billing. Prices and limits are on Plans: Bulk Message, Pro and Agency, and the billing screen is explained in Billing.

Bulk Message only sends campaigns. It has no shared inbox, automations or AI agent.

Follow the Get started checklist

Next you land on Get started, a four-step checklist. It stays in the sidebar, so you can come back to it at any time.

Connect WhatsApp

Select Connect your WhatsApp number. Meta's signup opens in a popup. Bring a Meta Business account and a number that can receive a verification code. You can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number. See Connect WhatsApp Business to Whatsable and Embedding Process.

Once the number is connected, you can Send yourself a test: enter a phone number and select Send the sample to receive a sample template on WhatsApp. To connect later, select Skip for now. I will connect later.

Connect tools

Connect the tools you use, such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Pipedrive, monday.com, Attio or the API. Each tool has its own guide, listed in the Introduction. This step is optional.

Create AI bot

Create an AI agent that answers on WhatsApp and follows up when a lead goes quiet. On the free plan, Pro and Agency, your first agent is already drafted, unless you skipped the setup questions or cleared the assistant box. If you added your website, the draft uses what Whatsable read there. Find it on the AI agents page. It stays off until you review it and turn it on. AI agents need Pro, Agency or the free plan. See Create an AI agent.

You're live

Your workspace is ready. Select Open the inbox or Open broadcasts to start.

When you open the inbox, templates, broadcasts, AI agents or integrations for the first time, a short tip explains what the page is for. Select Got it to close it.

To connect more numbers, or to see the numbers you have, go to Business numbers.

Reset your password

Ask for a reset link

On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?. Enter your email and select Send reset link.

Open the email

If an account exists for that email, you receive a link. It can take a minute to arrive. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder or select Resend link.

Set a new password

The link opens Set a new password. Enter it and select Save password, then sign in with the new password.

If the page says the reset link is missing or invalid, select Request a new link.

Join a team from an invitation

When a team invites you to Whatsable, you receive an email with a link. The link opens Accept invitation.

  • New to Whatsable: stay on Create account, enter your name and a password, and select Create account and join.
  • Already have an account: open I already have an account, enter your password, and select Sign in and join.
  • Already signed in: select Accept invitation to join with your current account.

You go straight to the inbox. An invited teammate does not answer the setup questions. If joining fails because of the team's billing, ask the team owner to check it. Roles and seats are explained in Team roles and Team seats.

Choose the app language

Whatsable is available in eight languages: English, Español, Português, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, العربية (Arabic) and עברית (Hebrew). Arabic and Hebrew read right to left.

  • Your own language. Open your profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Language. It applies to you, in the browser you use.
  • The organization language. Go to Settings → Organization and set Organization language. It is the language Whatsable shows when a member's browser asks first for a language we do not offer, and the language of the prompts Whatsable writes for you. A browser language we offer stays. Only owners and admins can change it.
