What does Whatsable Analytics show?
Whatsable Analytics on Pro and Agency: messages sent, delivered, read and failed, template results, a searchable message log with CSV export, response times, AI agent results and broadcast results, by date range and business number.
Analytics in the main menu shows how your WhatsApp numbers perform: what you sent and what happened to it, how fast your team answers, what your AI agents did, and how your broadcasts went.
Analytics is part of the Pro and Agency plans. On Bulk Message, the menu entry shows a lock and the page offers an upgrade. See plans.
Pick a range and a number
At the top of the page:
- Date range: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 60 days, Last 90 days, or a Custom range. A range can be up to 90 days.
- Business number: All numbers, or one number.
- Refresh loads the latest figures.
Ranges up to 31 days chart one point per day. Longer ranges chart one point per week.
Each message, conversation or AI turn counts in the range in which it was created, with its current status. So a message sent last week and read today counts as read in last week's figures. The numbers for a past range can still change.
The four tabs
Messages
- Cards for Total Sent, Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed and Received. The Sent, Delivered and Read cards each download their report as CSV.
- Messages over time, Read Rate, Delivery rate, and Who sends: your team, an AI bot, an AI follow-up, a broadcast, the API, or the WhatsApp app on your phone.
- Top failure reasons, with Meta's error code.
- Template Analytics: for each template, the messages sent with it and its read rate. Select a template for its detail.
- Message Logs: every message in the range, newest first. Filter by type (Sent Messages, Received Messages, Template Messages), by status, by sender, or search by phone number. View details shows when it was delivered and read, who sent it, the template and the failure reason. Export CSV downloads the log with your filters.
Conversations
- New conversations, Started by a customer and New contacts.
- Median first response, Answered within 5 min, Answered within 1 hour and Unanswered. A conversation started by a customer is a lead, and its first response is your first reply after their first message.
- Who answered first: your team or an AI bot.
- Time to first response, in bands from under a minute to over 24 hours.
AI
Pick one AI bot or All bots.
- AI turns, split into Replies to customers and Follow-ups.
- Handoffs to your team, the Handoff rate, and the handoff reasons as the bot stated them.
- Typical AI reply time and the slowest 5%.
- Turn outcomes, and Why replies were not sent.
- Replies that used your knowledge files and Labels the AI applied.
- Follow-ups: sequences started, follow-ups sent, the Reply rate within 72 h, and how follow-ups ended.
Broadcasts
A table of the broadcasts started in the range: recipients, sent, failed, read, and read rate.
Who can see Analytics
Analytics is for the owner, Admins, and Members with access to all numbers and all labels. The figures cover the whole organization, so a Member limited to specific numbers or specific labels cannot use it. The page says: "Analytics shows numbers for the whole organization, so it is not available to members limited to specific labels." See team roles and access.
Use cases
- Find delivery problems. Watch Failed and Top failure reasons, then open the log to see which messages failed and why.
- Measure your team's speed. Compare Median first response and Unanswered week by week.
- Check the AI agent. A rising Handoff rate shows questions the agent cannot answer. Add knowledge and test again. See AI chatbots.
- Compare templates and broadcasts. Read rates show which wording works. See message templates and broadcasts.
- Keep records. Export the message log as CSV for a spreadsheet or an audit.
Analytics and the API
The API v1 gives each message's status one message at a time. For totals and reports, use this page.
FAQ
Why did a past day's number change?
Figures re-read each message's current status. A message that was delivered later, or read later, moves into Delivered or Read for the day it was sent.
Can I see more than 90 days at once?
No. Pick consecutive ranges of up to 90 days each.
Is Analytics on the Bulk Message plan?
No. Analytics is part of Pro and Agency.
How do notifications work in Whatsable?
The Whatsable notification bell: AI handoffs, new teammates, number and account status from Meta, template reviews, contact usage, webhook failures and failed payments. Choose what your team hears about, and get alerts on your device.
How do I create, reveal, and roll a WhatsAble API key?
WhatsAble API keys on Pro and Agency. Owners and Admins create a key for Zapier, Make, n8n, or their own code, reveal and copy it again at any time, roll it to replace the secret, or revoke it.
