1. Phone Number Validation Error​

The phone number (+1234567890123456) exceeds the maximum of 15 digits. Please enter a valid phone number.

Resolution: Ensure the phone number is in E.164 format (e.g., +1234567890) and does not exceed 15 digits.


2. Insufficient Credits​

Insufficient credits in your account. We could not send the message. Your current balance is $0.00 and you need at least $0.50 to continue sending messages.

Resolution: Purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan.


3. Subscription Expired​

Failed to send your message because your subscription has ended. Your subscription began on Jan 1, 2023 and expired on Jan 31, 2023.

Resolution: Renew your subscription or purchase a new plan.


4. Rate Limit Exceeded​

Could not send message to +1234567890. To avoid getting marked as spam by WhatsApp, you can only send up to 4 messages per minute.

Resolution: Reduce the frequency of messages or upgrade your plan for higher limits.


5. Unique Number Limit Reached​

Message Not Sent. You've reached the limit of phone numbers you can message with your current plan. Your plan allows messaging to 100 numbers, but you've already sent messages to 100 numbers. Please upgrade your plan or contact team@whatsable.app to send messages to more numbers.

Resolution: Upgrade your plan or contact support to increase the limit.


6. File Size or Type Error​

File does not meet the WhatsApp Business API media validation criteria. Your file type is "image/jpeg" and size is 10485760 bytes which is approximately 10.00 MB. Resolution: Ensure the file meets WhatsApp’s size and type requirements. For example, images should be less than 5 MB.


7. Messaging Limit per Number​

Could not send message to this number: +1234567890 because it would exceed the number of times you can message this same number. Your purchased plan allows you to message this number 5 times and you have already messaged it 5 times. Upgrade or contact team@whatsable.app to increase this limit.

Resolution: Upgrade your plan or contact support to increase the messaging limit.


8. Message Too Long​

Message too long. The total character count exceeds the 1024 character limit. Your message text has 1200 characters, Please make your message shorter.

Resolution: Shorten the message to fit within the 1024-character limit.


9. No WhatsApp Account​

This phone number (+1234567890) does not have a WhatsApp account.

Resolution: Verify that the recipient has an active WhatsApp account.
