Message templates are pre-approved message formats that you can use to send WhatsApp messages to your customers.

Template Management

Creating Templates

  1. Go to the Templates section in your dashboard
  2. Click “Create New Template”
  3. Choose the template type
  4. Add your content and variables
  5. Submit for approval

Template Variables

  • Use {{variable_name}} syntax
  • Variables are case-sensitive
  • Maximum 10 variables per template
  • Supported types: text, currency, date, time

  • Keep templates concise
  • Use clear variable names
  • Test templates before submission
