Whatsable plans Bulk Message, Pro and Agency: the monthly price of every contact tier, what each plan includes, WhatsApp numbers per plan, contact overage at $13 per 100, seats at $12, the 7-day Pro trial and the free plan.
Whatsable has three plans: Bulk Message, Pro, and Agency. Every plan is priced by contacts: the number of different people you have a conversation with in a billing period. You are not billed per message.
- Bulk Message is for template campaigns and broadcasts from your own WhatsApp number. It has one user and no inbox.
- Pro adds the shared inbox, AI agents, integrations, analytics, audio transcription and your team. It is the plan most teams choose.
- Agency has everything in Pro, up to 100 WhatsApp numbers, client management and white-label, and a dedicated account manager.
The owner of your organization chooses and changes the plan in Settings → Billing. See Manage your plan and billing.
Meta bills its own WhatsApp conversation fees at Meta's rates. Whatsable adds 0% markup on them. See Meta's pricing.

- Agency starts at 1,500 contacts. Agency at 500 and 1,000 contacts is no longer sold. If you already have one of those plans, it keeps renewing.
- Annual billing gives 2 months free. A year costs ten times the monthly price. For example, Pro at 500 contacts is $49 a month, or $490 a year.
- Above 10,000 contacts, move the slider on a plan card to 10,000. A drop-down then lists the larger tiers with their prices.
- More than 100,000 contacts a month: choose More than 100,000 — contact us in that drop-down, then Book a call or Message us on WhatsApp.
How contacts are counted
- A contact counts once per billing period, the first time you exchange a message with that person. It does not matter who writes first: a customer who writes to you counts, and so does a customer you message.
- Your whole contact list does not count. Only the people you have a conversation with in the period count.
- Messages to people you already counted this period are free. There is no per-message charge.
- On a monthly plan, the limit is your tier for each month. It resets when the next billing period starts.
- On an annual plan, you get the whole year's contacts up front: twelve times your tier. For example, the 1,000-contact tier on an annual plan gives 12,000 contacts for the year.
Going over your limit
Sending never stops when you go over your contact limit, and your plan is not upgraded for you.
- At 80% of your limit, Whatsable emails you with an offer to upgrade.
- If you stay on your plan, each extra 100 contacts costs $13. A part of 100 is billed as a full 100. For example, Pro at 500 contacts that reaches 600 contacts in a month pays $49 + $13.
- Extra contacts are billed after you reach them, never in advance.

Pro and Agency also list the iOS and Android apps with push notifications, and free onboarding and setup help.
When a feature is not on your plan, the app still shows it with a lock. Opening it shows Not on your plan. The owner sees Upgrade to Pro and Compare plans there.
WhatsApp numbers
Each plan includes a number of connected WhatsApp numbers:
- Bulk Message includes 1 number, and Pro includes 3. Above that, each extra number costs $13 a month, with no upper limit. The owner adds it with Add to plan in Settings → Business Numbers.
- Agency includes up to 100 numbers and sells no extra numbers. To connect another number at 100, unlink one first.
A number above your plan is never disconnected. It keeps receiving messages, but it cannot send until it is added to the plan. Your primary number always keeps its place in the plan, then the numbers you connected first. See Business numbers.
Team seats
Bulk Message has one user, so you cannot invite teammates on it. On Pro and Agency, the owner seat is free and each teammate is $12 a month. Seats bill monthly, even on an annual plan. A seat is not the same as contact overage. See team seats.
Free plan and trial
- Free plan, no card: after you sign up, choose Continue free with 2 contacts. No card needed. on the plan step. Every Pro feature is open, with 2 contacts and 2 WhatsApp numbers. The free plan is for one person: you cannot invite a teammate until you subscribe. When you reach 2 contacts, you can still reply to the people you already reached. Subscribe to message someone new.
- 7-day trial, with a card: Pro has a 7-day free trial, once per organization. You enter a card on Stripe's checkout page. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can change or cancel the plan until then. Bulk Message and Agency have no trial, so they are charged when you subscribe.
FAQ
Do you bill by messages or by contacts?
By contacts: the different people you have a conversation with in a billing period, whoever writes first. Messages are not counted. Meta's conversation fees are a separate bill from Meta.
What happens if I go over my contact tier?
Nothing stops. You pay $13 for each extra 100 contacts in that period, or you move to a larger tier in Settings → Billing.
Which plans include the inbox, AI agents and integrations?
Pro and Agency. Bulk Message includes broadcasts and templates only.
How many WhatsApp numbers can I connect?
Bulk Message includes 1 and Pro includes 3. Both can add more at $13 a month each. Agency includes up to 100 and sells no extra numbers.
Are seats the same as overage?
No. A seat is a teammate, at $12 a month on Pro and Agency. Overage is extra contacts, at $13 per 100.
