🚀 Getting Started with WhatsAble & Zapier

Welcome to WhatsAble, the easiest way to automate WhatsApp messages! This guide will walk you through setting up your account, subscribing, and integrating WhatsAble with Zapier for seamless messaging automation.

📝 Step 1: Subscribe to WhatsAble​

To start using WhatsAble, you need to subscribe with a 7-day free trial.

  • You won’t be charged during the trial period.
  • After 7 days, the cost is $8.99 per month per phone number.
  • You can add unlimited numbers during your trial.
    ✅ To subscribe: Click the Subscribe button in your WhatsAble dashboard.

📞 Step 2: Add & Verify Your Phone Number​

  1. Go to Verified Numbers in your WhatsAble dashboard.
  2. Add your phone number and receive a WhatsApp verification code.
  3. Copy and paste the verification code into WhatsAble.
  4. ✅ Done! Your number is verified.
    🔹 Additional Numbers:
  • You only need to verify the first phone number.
  • For additional numbers, simply add and save without verification.

🔑 Step 3: Get Your API Key​

  1. Navigate to API Keys in your dashboard.
  2. Copy your unique API key – you’ll need this for integration.

⚡ Step 4: Connect WhatsAble to Zapier​

1️⃣ Set Up Your Zapier Zap​

  1. Go to Zapier and create a new Zap.
  2. Search for WhatsAble and select the Send Message action.
  3. Click Connect New Account and enter your WhatsAble API Key.

2️⃣ Configure Your Message​

  1. Select the phone number you want to send a message to.
  2. Type your message content.
  3. (Optional) Attach files like PDFs, images, or videos.

3️⃣ Automate Message Delivery​

  1. Choose a trigger app (e.g., Google Forms, Jotform, ClickUp).
  2. Set up conditions (e.g., “When a new form is submitted, send a WhatsApp message”).
  3. Click Save & Run – WhatsAble will now send messages automatically!

📩 Sending Messages to Multiple Numbers​

  1. Click the three dots next to your message action in Zapier.
  2. Select Duplicate and update the phone number.
  3. Repeat this for each recipient.
