Deletes a template at Meta and in WhatsAble. It cannot be undone, and a message that uses the template can no longer be sent.
A template belongs to a WhatsApp Business Account, which several numbers can share. A key limited to some numbers can delete it only if the key may use every connected number of that account, otherwise 403 number_not_allowed_for_key.
When no number of the account is connected, WhatsAble cannot ask Meta, and the call answers 409 template_waba_not_connected. A template that a broadcast uses answers 409 template_used_by_broadcast. Both keep the template in WhatsAble, and neither asks Meta, except for a broadcast created during the call.
