Delete a label

Deletes a label and removes it from every contact. A label limited to some numbers can be deleted only by a key that may use all of them.

Rename or change a label PATCH

Changes a label. A label limited to some numbers can be changed only by a key that may use all of them. An empty `number_ids` makes the label available on every number, so it needs a key that may use every number.

List broadcasts GET

Lists the broadcasts on the numbers this key may use, newest first. The counts are as of the last send.
